2. Shipping times

Shipping times for Swadeillustrations products can vary significantly depending on your location. Orders shipped within the UK and Europe typically arrive within 5-10 working days. For customers in North America, Australia, and other international destinations, delivery may take between 10-20 working days. Remote or less accessible locations might experience additional delays.

3. Who is used for printing products

Swadeillustrations partners with Printful, a print-on-demand service that produces and ships your order only after it has been placed. This approach ensures that each item is printed with care, but it also means that items are shipped directly from Printful production facilities, which are located worldwide. Consequently, shipping times may vary based on the production location and destination country.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to allow up to 3 weeks for international deliveries, especially during peak seasons or unforeseen delays. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

4. My order has not arrived yet

If your order has not arrived in the allotted time. Please contact me and / or Printful. I will do everything I can to find out what has happened. Any items may be held in customs depending where you order from, so it may take a little bit longer for your item to get to you. Fill out the contact me form, on my front page to get in contact about any order problems and / or email Printful with your order number.
